Jeju Company Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery Information
Jeju Company is proud to partner with our trusted courier service to deliver all online orders.
•    Delivery Time: 1-3 Days
•    Delivery Charges: Free
o    Free delivery on all orders above AED 70
o    Express delivery charge: AED 22.
Please note that a single order may be split into multiple shipments depending on item availability and weight limits imposed by the courier.
Canceling Your Order
We understand that you may change your mind regarding your purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please follow the steps below:
1.    Canceling Before Processing:
o    You can cancel your order through "My Account" as long as the order has not been processed by our warehouse team (you will see the status as "Processing" if the order has been processed).
2.    Canceling After Processing but Before Shipment:
o    If your order has been processed but not yet shipped, contact our Customer Service Team at [Jeju Company customer service number]. We will make every effort to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.
3.    Canceling After Shipment:
o    If your order has already been shipped, such cancellation will be treated as a return. Please refer to our Return section below for further information.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Jeju Company, you have the right to return the product(s) within 7 days from the receipt of your order. (Please note that discounted items or products bought during a sale can only be exchanged within the sale period).
For Prepaid Purchases:
•    You may return your purchased items by logging into your profile on our website. If you have not created a profile, please contact customer support to assist you with the return process.
•    Refunds typically take 10-14 working days after a thorough quality check and acceptance by our warehouse.
For Click and Collect Orders:
•    You may easily visit any of our stores to return your item and have your payment refunded instantly in cash.
•    A valid proof of purchase is required.
Process for Returning Orders
•    Registered Users:
o    Log in to your account and proceed to the “My Account” section. Under “My Orders,” click on “Order Details” and then “Return/Exchange.” Select the items you wish to return, provide the reasons for the return, and specify whether you want the product to be collected from your address or returned to one of our stores. Click “Return Items.” You will receive an email confirming your return details. Our courier partner will then contact you to schedule the collection of your parcel. The return label will be provided by the courier service, so you don’t need to write the return address.
•    Guest Users:
o    For prepaid purchases, please contact customer support for assistance with the return. Refunds typically take 10-14 working days once the items are received and pass our quality check.
Please note that some products may be non-returnable.
Jeju Company will cover the courier costs for returning the products if you use our selected courier service and follow the steps outlined above. We encourage you to reuse the packaging your order was shipped in to return the products. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original box and packaging, along with the original invoice.
We will not accept any returns if the original packaging has been opened or tampered with.
Items not complying with our return policy will be held at our facilities. It is the customer’s responsibility to organize a collection by a courier company if the return of such products is requested.
We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience as easy and convenient as possible. However, we monitor the number of returns made by customers and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if products are returned repeatedly.
Refund Policy
•    We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the products back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
•    Credit Card Orders: Upon successful quality check, the bank will issue your refund within up to 10 days. Please contact Customer Service only if you have not received your refund after 14 working days.
•    Any fees, such as delivery charges, will be deducted from the refund unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Exchange Policy
•    If you wish to exchange your online order, you may visit any of our Jeju Company stores where we allow exchanges for online prepaid orders, provided they are eligible for exchange.
